Day of Procedure

You should bring the following with you:

• Insurance card and any copayment that is required.
• Contact lens container or eyeglass case (if you wear contact lenses or eyeglasses)

You should wear loose, comfortable clothing and low heeled shoes so that it is easier to dress after your procedure. Do not wear jewelry as it will need to be removed prior to the start of the procedure. Our female patients are asked to not wear makeup, nail polish, hairpins or hairclips.

Upon entering the suite, please report to the receptionist. You will be asked to verify and sign our registration and financial forms. You will be seen by your physician and possibly an anesthesiologist prior to your procedure. Following your procedure a beverage will be provided. The average total stay should be approximately two hours.
